<p><strong>Q. Do your supplements contain artificial additives?</strong><br>A. No. Our supplements are free from artificial colours, preservatives, and synthetic fillers. Where excipients are used (like microcrystalline cellulose in tablets), they are declared on the label.</p>

<p><strong>Q. How long does delivery take?</strong><br>A. 3–5 working days across most Indian cities. Delivery to remote pin codes may take slightly longer.</p>

<p><strong>Q. What's your return policy?</strong><br>A. Sealed and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue with the product. Opened supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.</p>

<p><strong>Q. What is the Wellness Consultation?</strong><br>A. A 45-minute one-on-one session with a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. You get a personalised wellness plan tailored to your daily routine.</p>
<p><strong>Q. Do I need to buy any supplements from you to book a consultation?</strong><br>A. No. The consultation is completely independent.</p>
<p><strong>Q. Is this a medical consultation?</strong><br>A. No. Our Wellness Consultation is a traditional Ayurvedic wellness service. It is not a substitute for medical consultation. Please consult a qualified physician for medical concerns.</p>

<p><strong>Q. Are your products vegetarian?</strong><br>A. Most of our products are vegetarian. Chyawanprash contains ghee. Full ingredient information is on every product page.</p>
